The location is perfect, right in the center of Kobe with all the shopping streets and restaurants

The staffs were very polite. although the room was a bit old but it was the biggest room we had during our 16 days visit in Japan.

Location was good. Lots of convenience shops nearby and fancy clothing stores. Chinatown 5 minute walk. Friendly staff. Free bag storage. Good price.
